Boise Farmers Market is a local-food and agricultural-focused farmers market in Boise, Idaho. At this time Boise Farmers Market is operating both a Drive-Thru market and a Walk-Thru market!
We have folks who enjoy the convenience of the BFM Drive-Thru and, or, just aren’t ready to be out walking around in a crowd. Each week our customers reserve a time and place an order online for Saturday pickup. This concept got us through 2020 and we are happy to continue to provide it as long as our community wants and uses it. You can find out more about the BFM Drive-Thru here: https://theboisefarmersmarket.com/bfmdrivethru
We also take local food out to our Boise Area neighborhoods with the Boise Farmers Mobile Market. With 13 different stops around Boise, we provide fresh nutrient-dense produce and other goods to our neighbors who need it most and don’t have access to it. Word has gotten around that “Vanna the Veggie Van” is an easy way to get fresh local produce during the week.
SNAP/EBT is accepted at all our markets and we provide a Double Up Food Bucks match that allows those using SNAP/EBT to stretch their food dollars, providing more nutritious local produce for their families.
Farmers markets have a long history of being more than merely a place to exchange goods. The Boise Farmers Market is committed to playing an important role in fostering new ideas in the regional food system. The Farmers Market is a place where the public can learn about the relationship of local food and farms to our health, our economy, and our culture even during this unprecedented time.
