What began in 2004 with eight farms and one baker has grown to become THE happening Saturday spot to visit and shop with nearly fifty New Jersey farmers, artisan food producers and purveyors plus knife sharpening & a composting service along with one culinary-adjacent maker (functional pottery, etc) per week. Located at one of the Princeton Junction Train Station commuter lots with plenty of free parking, you’ll meet neighbors, make friends, enjoy the pups, dance to the live music, check out the cooking demos, all within our welcoming and diverse open-air marketplace. Organized entirely by community members to support NJ farmers, you’ll love the spirit, positive energy, and unmatched market offerings!

A market is only as good as the humans who make it happen. If you love the WWCFM, consider volunteering to keep it going! A market is not built on the back of one person and needs more hands and hearts. I miss this market, the vendors and the people, not to mention the food. Congrats and well deserved! On to 20 years next year!!!

The West Windsor Farmers Market is a favorite place for our family on Saturday Mornings. The local produce, pasta, meats, cheese and bakery items are without fail fresh and delicious. The local food trucks (Tico’s Acai Bowls are my favorite), add to the fun atmosphere and I always love listening to the different musical talent. The best part about this Market are the friendly faces. Chris has done an awesome job bringing the community together and keeping us healthy. Thank you!

Having visited and performed music at several farmers markets throughout the state, I can say that in my experience the West Windsor Community Farmers Market stands above in terms of organization, attendance, convenience, variety, entertainment and friendliness.
It is our town’s Main Street, and feels like a community in and of itself!
Susan Gange says
Chris Cirkus, the market manager, makes sure that each week includes a community event, including local master gardeners and other non-profits such as the West Windsor Bike and Pedestrian Alliance, and pie-baking contests, and cooking demos using fresh fruits and veggies from the market vendors. Fresh food donations are also collected for area food banks at least twice a month, you’d be amazed how much is donated by generous market customers! Also good music each week as well. A fun market for both vendors and customers – a real community gem.
Chris Cirkus Market Manager says
Thank you, Susan!!
