The Corner Market is a sidewalk market located at Walker and S. Elam Avenue, Greensboro, NC, USA. Every Saturday this market and its community of folks transform a beat up piece of asphalt into a lively place of gossip, recipe sharing, dog stories, children’s art, and retail.
The market adds to Greensboro’s alternatives to the big box retail world and provides a great place to meet neighbors, and shop for regional and local food and products.
The market includes experienced growers, and many folks from the neighborhood including those trying to create a new way to make ends meet, the neighborhood school, and children’s lemonade stands.
While you are there, you can also check out the other businesses on the corner for groceries, meals, and coffee, including a rave breakfast at Sticks and Stones.
Open April to December, 8am-Noon and January to March, 9am-Noon.

Great community market that offers fresh local vegetables, fruits and baked goods, both traditional and gluten free and paleo. The ferments available at this market range from kefir (both milk and water) to kombucha, kvass and kimchee. Lots of fresh free range meats and fish.
