I love this Farmers Market because it connects the community of New Brunswick to fresh, organic produce from local farmers. Besides having some of the best selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, vendors at the Rutgers Gardens Farm Market also produce amazing products like pickles, pesto, fresh salads, pierogies, free range meat, baked goods, beautiful wine, kettle corn, and the best darn cup of coffee you’ve ever had. Every week I am pleasantly surprised by the options the vendors bring to the market, as well as the weekly special events like cooking demonstrations and local food trucks. Rutgers Gardens Farmers Market is the best one for me!!
Whether you're a market manager looking for best practices in the age of COVID-19 or a consumer who wants to embrace their local food system, we can help.
