For 40 years, vendors have been providing farm-to-table food at the Downtown Overland Park Farmers’ Market.
Vendors offer shoppers a wide variety of products including farm fresh products and locally, handcrafted foods. The Farmers’ Market helps you eat seasonally while supporting your community.

OP Farmers market is a good avenue to get fresh local organic fruits and vegetables.

My daughter who lives nearby the farmers market in Overland Park said it is the best she’s ever been to and I think she goes to it every weekend and she just calls us and raves about it.

By far the best farmers market where nearly everyone understands and adheres to the reasonable dog policy.
Some of the marketing communications were unclear or missing (i.e. posted market hours) earlier in the season (April), and they were VERY responsive, helpful, and appreciative when I notified them; they promptly updated their communications.
The vendors are top-notch; much variety and great quality produce. The market is an enjoyable spring and summer Saturday morning experience.
They have a great setup if you need to get in and out quickly; or if you want to take your time and enjoy the sights, sounds, and scents all morning with music, coffee, and food-truck breakfast offerings, that’s possible too.
OPFM is a jewel!
By far not the best farmers market – no dogs? We were asked leave even though it comes up under pet- friendly events.
We have been a vendor since 2013 and there are permanent signs about “no animals due to food being served ordinance number —— the city of Overland Park”
I absolutely enjoy the Downtown O.P., KS. Farmers Market. I moved here in October 2018 and am delighted to know the FM is 1 block away from my home. The wide variety of fresh product’s is appreciated.
Since moving to Overland Park in 2018 we have enjoyed the OP Farmers market and it’s friendly vendors, fresh produce and appreciate it nestled in its downtown community. This year it was noticeably larger and seems appropriate to consider additional space for the vendors with available coverage from the elements for all including the shoppers.
I like to listen to music and buy fresh vegetables. Thank you farmer uncle and singer，

Wow! Visited relatives in area and we went to opmarket, what an experience! Great selection of cookies and desserts – The most important food group!
Such a great place to shop and support local small business! Gluten and Dairy free bake goods for my family. Highly recommend it

A fantastic place to shop for local farm fresh produce and floral arrangements. Great area to shop as well many unique locally owned shops.
Overland Park Farmers Market is by far and away the best market in Greater Kansas City. A few are good. Just not quite as good. And, you can’t beat Pasta Pros (Chris Captain) for an incredible selection of unique pastas.
Always fresh produce and yummy vendors. Great time for all ages.

I’ve been a vendor at this market for a decade. It is consistently improving, expanding, and meeting the needs of the community as well as the vendors. Kristina Stanley does an amazing job managing the Overland Park Farmers Market! When I only have enough staff to cover one market, this is the market I come to. It is our most profitable, Not because it is the biggest market in the area, but because it has the best selection of vendors and is an Integral part of the community it serves.
I visit the farmer’s market in every city I travel to and I honestly think OP is the best. I even live downtown closer to the KC market but drive to get the wide variety of products, grown/raised close and seasonally, and in a comfy layout. Oh, and can walk around with a fresh juice and a vegan pastry while I shop. How can it be beat??

Overland Park Farmers Market is a top -notch venue with a fantastic mix of quality vendors. So many amazing items to select from and all of the vendors are very knowledgeable and friendly.
