Love having such a great market nearby!
A real sense of community and a perfect mix of local vendors. You can go just to chat and listen to the live music or to buy everything you need for the week.
I try to get there most Saturday mornings nice vendors and they get to know you as well as you get to know them through the summer and the freshness is super great, it’s a sad time when the market ends ….
Great produce, a place for families and friends.
Too many liberals there
We’ve made the Oak Park Farmer’s a weekly haunt since moving to OP less than a year ago. What better way to kick off a weekend than a bike ride to the market for fresh veggies and baked goods?
The Farmers Market is the place to get fresh foods and a time to be in the community. We have been going to this event for over 30 years
The Oak Park Farmer’s Market has become an indispensable feature of life here. Throughout the winter we look forward to its “arrival”. The community would be impoverished without it.
What a treasure the Oak Park Farmer’s Market is in our community. During the pandemic, residents showed appreciation for the farmers, and resilience while complying with Covid guidelines. Now we can wander around taking in the splendid produce, meats, cheese, plants, and artisan bread while enjoying music and supporting a variety of fundraising efforts. How fortunate are we?
Love the Oak Park Farmers Market. My favorites each week: fresh baked breads and croissants from Katich, the variety and freshness of all the produce including Chanticlare Farm & fresh grown/harvested sprouts!
A great weekend starts with the farmers market in Oak Park, their delicious donuts and music, and the freshest produce and flowers anywhere!
